How To Order

To place an order please download our Paper Order Form (which includes a complete product listing) and print it out on your printer, then mail the order form and payment to the address at the bottom of the last page of the printed form. 

Please note that payment in full for all books selected, plus postage, must be received before books will be shipped.  NC residents must also add 7% NC sales tax to the total amount of their order (without postage) and include with payment.  All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. 

"Adobe Reader" is required to view and print the order form.  Most computers already have Adobe Reader (or Adobe Acrobat) installed.  If you are unable to view and print the order form please download and install Adobe Reader.  This is a free download.
