Since 1967 when it was one
of the Southeast's first malls, North Hills has made
news. The first two level, enclosed mall to open between
Washington, DC and Atlanta is now the region's first
Midtown district -- a mixed use project combining
retail, office, dining, entertainment, hotel and
residential.
